For the visualization of interior design, we will need the following materials:
3D model, facades, floor plans, sections, list of finishing materials, wall sweeps, lighting plan, electrics, plumbing, furniture arrangement with detailed specifications (drawings, materials, textures or links to models), environmental photos, general lighting and preferred time of day.
We can also help with design choices using photos, references with comments to make a preliminary concept for you and decide on ideas.
The more detailed and precise the provided materials on the terms of reference, the faster and better the result.
Interior
Design
1. We develop or enhance your 3D model. At this stage, we provide a series of black and white images with pre-lighting and minimal textures to validate perspective points. Necessary adjustments are made.
2. With all changes made, we create a high quality 3D visualization of the interior for final review in detail. Only minor changes are introduced, those that require significant changes to the scene can be implemented at an additional cost.
3. Having approved the image, we make its final rendering in the originally approved quality and perform post-processing in Photoshop.
