For visualization of the master plan, we will need the following materials:
Master Plan, facades, floor plans, sections, photos of the territory.
The more detailed and accurate the materials provided according to the technical assignment, the faster and better the result.
Visualization of the master plan is the most important tool in urban planning, allows you to understand the interaction of the projected object with the existing environment. It also helps to identify constraints and opportunities for urban planning, including density and building heights.
We are engaged in visualization of master plans of such objects: groups of houses, cottage towns, quarters with apartment buildings.

1. Creation of 3D model of the object. Draw the boundaries of the site, location of access roads, roads, if necessary, create a model of the surrounding buildings.
We model buildings, determine the perspectives and their heights, lighting and make test visualizations. We provide them in the amount of 10-15 pcs, for comparison and selection of final images. Also we can choose perspectives at our discretion at your request.
2. We create 3D-visualization of the general plan in color, adding elements such as: textures, shadows, landscaping, people and vehicles. All necessary adjustments are made at this stage.
3. Having approved all changes, we make final renders in the initially approved quality and perform post-processing in Photoshop.
